Can I exchange my products?

Yes, you can exchange the items within 30 days of your purchase receipt (for in-store purchase) and within 30 days of delivery note (for online purchase) with the conditions of J-sport exchange policy.

Is there a charge for requesting an exchange?

Exchanges for the purchase in our store are always free of charge, using our exchange methods.

Exchanges for the purchase online is required a shipping cost to return the items to J-sport and send the exchanged item from J-sport back to the customer. All shipping cost will be charged by the customers so please make sure you have checked our items carefully before taking payment and receiving from courier company.

What is the duration that I have to make an exchange?

All exchanges must be made within 30 days of your purchase receipt (for in-store purchase) and within 30 days of delivery note (for online purchase) with the conditions of J-sport exchange policy. J-sport reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

What is the conditions to make an exchange?

  • The item must be in original condition, not in use, not washed, and have the correct receipt.
  • Only change products belongs to production error
  • The product can be only exchanged for a similar product or another product in equal value or higher value (the customer will pay the the excess amount). Customers will not be refunded the excess if the exchanged product's price is lower than the purchased product's price
  • Each purchased receipt only applies for a single change
  • Underwear, Accessories, Legging: will not be able to exchange
